Adults For Sale

From time to time we have adult dachshunds looking for new homes. Often people find that purchasing an adult dachshund eliminates the puppy months. Certainly when purchasing an adult you will have the opportunity to view your dachshund, grown, knowing that he/she fit the image that you subscribe to. Also with an adult there is no question of the
pending temperment, it is already in place and easily recognizable. The transition for an adult seems to go quite quickly. We do tell our families with new adults, as with puppies, there will be some adjustment on the part of their new dachshund and their family/home.
Usually within a two week period everyone has adjusted and is
very content.
